Visited thrice. I was disappointed everytime I visited. 1st Visit: Went there to have some snacks. Ordered Chicken Pakora and their Cheese Delite Pizza. Chicken Pakora was not crispy at all. The pizza took more than 30mins to make. The bottom layer of the pizza was half cooked, no crunchiness at all. Stuffed with mayonnaisse, like who likes mayonese on pizza? Gave them feedback but no one really paid attention. 2nd Visit: Went there to have their so called "Biryani" they are so proud of. Unfortunately there was no Biryani available because there were short-staffed. They recommended me to have their Chicken Roll instead. Waited for 10mins until they served. The Chicken Roll was filled with sweetened chicken and a thick layer of mayonnaisse. No spiciness at all. It tasted like I was having the the fried insides of pumpkin. Not what I expected. Gave them feedback but the owner doesn't have any clue about the taste and it looks like he hasn't tasted a single item. I asked when Biryani will be available, they replied that it'll be available tomorrow. Then I left. 3rd Visit: On the next day, I visited this place with the expectations of having a good Biryani. Asked for their Special Hyderabadi Biryani which they are so proud of but unfortunately I was offered Mutton Biryani as their Hyderabadi Biryani was not available. Mutton Biryani came along with few slices of cucumber and onion. I asked for some green chutney. Then I started noticing the rice is hlf cooked and had no signs of moisture in it. So disappointed. I asked for them to take care of the Biryani as it was not edible. The chef apologized for the inconveniences caused and recommended to have Jeera Rice with Chilli Chicken instead. Let me tell you I never had such mushy moisturizing jeera rice ever in my life, it was so bad. It was like this was cooked by a college student living a hostel Life. The chilli chicken was no tasty. O didn't bother to give them feedback this time as it was 3rd time they made the same mistake. Having disappointed I asked for a Chicken Burger but I was disappointed again to know that they cannot serve the dish as there were some shortage in "stuffs". The chef apologized for the the Biryani again and told me that this Jeera rice dish has a fusion of Indian and Chinese flavour. I didn't ask for any fusion, I just wanted to have a decent meal for my hungry stomach. Later he said they the restaurant is bringing more 400 dishes starting from April. Are you kidding me? You can't even serve a decent meal and you are talking like you are a hotshot? You disappoint me. Overall: Their management is weak, Owners don't care about the food at all. They don't taste their own dishes before giving it to the customers. They brought cookes from different places without thinking about management. Looks like they don't have any experience with business. Well, if you still are going for quantity (in menu) over quality then you are not going to survive for long. P.S: I'm not going to visit ever again.
