My family had the youngest member who is 23 years old. What do they talk about ? I have never seen such rude staff anywhere else and blatant lie. No staff member had smile on their face and everyone had faces as if they themselves are only millionaires but the customers are wondering people. Of course no one would buy from your store if you have that attitude. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there to buy saree and lehenga. Most horrible customer service from where I would never buy from. At first tried to convince and sell us a defect piece. Additionally as we were trying the outfits and discussing, the owner actually came to us and said she was running out of patience and we should pay and go. Eventually we left without buying and would never go again.

I am trying to shop couple of outfits online and I was sent 10% off code for my first purchase with Elan. I contact them on their whatsapp number, they asked me to share a screenshot which I did and they said we will get back to you. It is been 4 days there is no reply.
