★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional the owner is. She did'nt deliver the product on time and also lingers on the refund. Following up since 15 days for the refund but she does not intend to pay back neither she intends to deliver the product. It is a mere case of cheating and fraud.

She has no respect over other woman and she has all fake products as she herself is fake .
They dont know how to respect customers as they ask customers to step outside and talk . How unfair is that and she takes money in advance and Never gives ur products .
Such a weird customer service and these same complaints have been heard by my other friends who has taken stuff from her .
Worst service ever . I would suggest never to take stuff from Fake brand like Runi where they cant respect people
