★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I did not like the collection. The clothes were not worth their price and to be blunt you’ll find better designs in Rosetta upstairs (at much better prices too!)
Apart from that however, I would especially like to point out that their customer service was absolutely horrible. When we went in and started looking about, the lady didn’t offer to help or ask what we were looking for, which was still alright. Then I picked out a piece to show my mom and the first thing she said was, “It is very expensive, ₹35000.” Her remark was snarky and we hadn’t even asked her for the price, we dismissed it thinking that she probably did not mean to be disrespectful. But then she did it again when my mother picked out a dress to show me—she had the audacity to laugh in a mocking way and say, “That’s ₹50000.” It was meant in the most disrespectful way, I was not only hurt but highly offended that a store would treat a customer this way. When it comes to my mom, or any mom and elderly person for that matter, it was highly disappointing behaviour.
Even if it did have the most beautiful collection in the world (which, as I said, it was not), I would never even consider buying anything from a store whose customer service was so disrespectful towards, let alone an elderly person, but anyone at all. I wish there was a way I could give negative stars. Also, let me know if there is a law whereby I can sue them. Yes, I am that mad.
