Since they know you're going there for replacement, they try to harras you by keep you waiting though there's no one in there. If you loose your temper and choose to leave without replacement, SanDisk company is the benefitiary. They won't have to honour the warranty!
So, be calm, they won't make you wait for more than 10 mins .. ☺️
I appreciate SanDisk for process of warranty claim though.
