★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services ever provided to a customer. We do not recommend getting your dream home furniture done from this store.
First, the service being provided is neither professional nor the workers are and second thing is you get completely different products than expected.
We asked a lot of other guys in my locality and came to know that they also faced the same issue.
It takes almost 3-4 months rather than 45 days for the products to get delivered and fitted, but once arrived it's also not professionally cut as per the dimensions.
I would suggest you to opt for only one type of service only if you are willing to go for this, since getting multiple services stuck and complicates the whole process.
However, the quality of the product is good and looks nice once fitted and after arguing a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of material is very good and it is as per the design. They guarantee the precision in their work but I could only see precision in the material. The fitting work is not precise.
The service is not satisfactory. It lacks professionalism. We were commited to get everything done on time, but I had to follow up multiple times and had to adjust with their time to get my fittng work done. It is really frustrating.
The final outcome seems decent but the delay in service really disappointed me.
I hope they improve their service and stick to their commitments.

After two years of timeline I found the Customer Service to be very strong, responsive & very professional. They really take care of their customers. I highly recommend to have the kitchen from Elavin kitchen
They listen and take ownership of the interaction even after it’s “completed”.

Good quality materials used, skilled carpenters and others did the assembly. Special shout out to Raj.

We did renovation of mandir n dinning area.
key for us was to find someone that would understand the vision and concept of our plans and have the ability to integrate these plans with their professional expertise and resources.
