β β β β β Worst department ever, dont expect any kind of service from them, call centre/ helpline is useless. No proper electricity provided, expect a lot of attitude from the department people if anyone has plans to visit for any work. They should start giving discounts for the number of hours that electricity is not provided by them.

β β β β β Am from Kadamba Plateau / Old Goa ..... from reliable electricity supply 10-15 years ago to steady deterioration with each passing year .... now, brief power outages 5, 10, 20 times everyday .... AND 3, 5, 10, even 20 hours couple of times every week. Am planning to sue / Class Action under the new Consumer Protection Act, 2019 ....

β β β β β Electricity department of Goa should have trained staffs all over Goa. I am from Merces, Goa and here frequently the currents go. Whenever I call the Helpline no 1912 they say there is a shut down ( where noting has been intimated on the newspapers) or the Jumper is gone...or line fault and during rains it is worse...your service sucks to the core...hope they even understand what is written..

β β β β β I think J. E is Resting in Peace. Caranzlim one phase has problem from 20days there is power cut Atlist 5 times a day but yet not solved. Mantiances team r drinking and sleeping on duty.
