They tried to fool us by overpricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by the Shop call soo many times but no one answering the call, totally irritate us as I buy AC from last 4days nobody come to install or fix it no one didn't pick up the calls some numbers are switched off and other number are not respond, I personally advise to don't go and choose any other shop as you can find soo many options near janak puri or Uttam Nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, I would never suggest anyone to visit or purchase anything from Electronic Paradise, Janak Puri. The staff doesn't have any sort of presence of mind. I clearly opted for 6 months EMI and these guys made it for 3 months instead. Then, one of guy walked up to me and asked me to give ratings on Google. I told him that I'll do it later but he insisted so I said okay; then got my phone and clicked on 5star without even asking about my experience. Zero experience! I'm not even sure how these people are even managing everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently shifted to Janakpuri. We needed washing machine & refrigerator I have went to Vijay Sales & Sargam as they are famous but Price was too high compare to online price. One of my friend suggested me check this showroom as he has purchased few electronics from him.
There I met sales person Mr.Gopal and his knowledge about electronics & technology is outstanding. The level of explanation he has given is superb.
Now lets talk about price, first he told me as usual MRP and then I asked him is there any discounts/offer or CARD discounts. Then he told mouth dropping discount. Almost 1000 rupee less than online price.
Billing and after sales service is upto mark. No issues so far. Delivery made on next day and rikshaw person charged some money as it as has to be deliver to 3rd Floor.
IFB & Samsung engineer came on same day to give demo.
Overall great experience. 10/10 to Gopal for great customer service and Electronic Paradise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy air conditioners from janakpuri outlet (B1/2, opp. Metro Pillar No.- 543)
After getting these products delivered, local masons, who are not from the company's side, contract them and send them to install them here and take the installation charges from customers.
Have done the same with me and when the fitting was not correct, I complained to Daikin, then Daikin said that one was not installed from our side, if you have got it done by someone else, then we cannot take this complaint, you can complain at the showroom. They have got it installed from third party.
And also got scratches on my air conditioner cabinet, which is not good...... But I have ignored it..... but who are doing installation by sending them to anyone from all over for some commission. This is wrong, if anything breaks in the product after opening the box, then the company will not be responsible.
