★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very poor, pathetic, ridiculous service provided by them.. I purchased extended warranty of rs. 5500 on 31.03.2017. First time i required service from them.. But they guys such a pain... They switched off there ph. Then i went to their offoce they told me the concern person is on off. And no body assign instead of hom. I filed my complain on 15th june 2020 and today is 18th june 2020...no hearing by my side... Its urge to all don't go to buy anything from this store nd extended warranty plan specially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poor service is the hallmark of this place.
Bought IFB 8 KG washing machine but they first delivered 6 KG.
The next day a broken 8KG machine was delivered.
Machine developed some problem and the same person who sold rhis machine referred a mechanic to us but after 15 days could not rectify the issue and none of them is attending calls even.
I could not give lesser than 1 star.
Pathetic service and response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Sargam Electronics, Janak Puri. Their managments behaviour is very ride towards their customers. Just for the sake of selling their products they are giving the fake commitments and pricing to their customers.
We have been given a price for a AC however when we went to pick the product, they (sargam) suddenly increased the pricing and asking to pay the new amount. Even their representative also acknowleged the old committed amout he offered us. However manager and their team mate's were so rude and shouted on us when we raised our concern. Pathatic management and their managment skills.
Requesting all to please avoid such fake showrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic service bought a Sony Bravia with 3 year extended warranty and hufty price for that now Sony need service and it’s been 15 days these people are not even picking call. Plz plz don’t buy anything from Sargam specially from Janakpuri branch these people so unprofessional and irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once they sell their products they won't listen anything. Went there for enquiry of warranty period of tv which I purchased from here. They simply denied that they don't have any data. No person there to attend customers. Customers wandering here and there.
