After asking, to whom I can contact personally ,they say their is nobody ,whom you can approach.
I am 74 years old person and can not make email etc .
Kindly guide me how I can get the solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so great services. I visited twice for my prepaid SIM to activate because of issue from Airtel backend team. After complainting they again asked me to visit this store, but I denied. The best part of this store is they don't have any contact number to reach and you have to always visit the store in Covid times.
