★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend you to not visit any sargam store as the agents will promise you the world and end up sending you a different product. I bought a Whirlpool washing machine agreed for a price 21000 and later to cope up with the price they sent me a lower model. After asking the agent what he has done he said you agreed on this model and we had no other conversation. Agents name was KRISHNA. Instead go to Vijay sales who sells genuine products with good price

Bought one Front Load IFB washing machine of 8KG capacity. Surprised to see they delivered 6 KG !!! When highlighted they took it back and delivered another one but with a small broken top which they requested to accept.
After 2 yts there was a problem in machine and we contacted the gentleman who sold this machine to us. He send a mechanic who could not repair the machine despite 6 visits so far.
No one is responding now despite multiple call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not that great as expected. I have visited multiple times at this place. What I have observed is their price is comparatively expensive than the competitors especially Reliance Digital which is new I believe. I wanted to buy a Big size tv and the price not was expensive, surprisingly the model that I wanted to buy was not available with them. So I had to end my research and bought it from Reliance Digital because of their customer service and comparatively lower price in addition they have given me Reliance assurance for replacement and damage. I won’t recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic services bought Sony Bravia and taken 3 year extended warranty and trying to get it serviced from Sargam electronics visited many time to Sargam they keep on extending dates I am so fed up by there services that I won’t recommend anyone to buy product from them
