★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment amenities are pretty good. Spacious parking, tightly regulated security, a generator, good cleaning facilities and a in house gym. The society also holds regular parties and celebrations for different festivals and occasions. So overall a good space for families. But the deal breaker for me is accessibility to important places like shopping centres and hospitals - this apartment is located pretty far from such areas. And the shops or clinics around the apartment don't make up for the low accessibility. On top of that the house rent is more than average here for spacious rooms, however the quality of apartment's fixtures are sub par. So the apartment is not recommended to anyone without their own vehicle.
