★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought one 3 bed 3 bath in this community. The locality seems to be at very convenient place and price wise an affordable community. Hope this will come under BMC area soon as per recent notification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction quality is average, the houses are spacious enough and affordable for a middle class family.
But the construction work is very slow and during that period the builder is unable to maintain a healthy and heigenic society environment.
Talking about the locality, scenes represent that it is gradually developing with the sewage pipelining and better roads are constructed but electricity is still a concern which will resolve soon with a nearest sub-station is being set up.
Overall to me it was an average experience so far, it would have been nice if we would have offered a clean common areas as no amenities were planned by the builder.
