★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have similar feedback for elegance where they promised cashback within stipulated timelines when we made a booking through them. However, it is now close to two years and only 50 percent has been disbursed. There have been wide variety of professional and personal reasons shared everytime we tried to reach out to them for the pending cash back.

I would like to appreciate "Abinash Kaushik" the way he supported on my purchase decisions and cash back, in very short time, he became very close to me and my family because of his behavior- above and beyond support- in every aspects he is true professional and good human being. I bought my plot because of him only!! On every bump while buying, he was there to hold my hand. I also know that there was some stuff which he did for me was not in his job profile. Along with Mr Abinash, I would also like to appreciate Mr Pavan who were always approachable irrespective of timing or professional hours. Thanks to both you for your service! We're still waiting final registration and I am hoping that everything will be smoother as I observed as of today. My best wishes to Elegance and definitely Abinash for his excellent service to customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Project Head- Mr Dolesh Dabburi of Elegance Entrrprises, we got acquainted to some of the best projects happening in Bengaluru as per our requirements fulfilling all parameters, starting from budget, property ammenities, communication with the management and making the economical yet optimistic decision at the right time.
Right from his meticulous planning, picking us up from our residence, taking care of our needs, to introducing us to the best of Real Estate Projects, he did to his best for all of us. We managed to get a good deal in the city in a short span of our stay and are quite satisfied with our decision. A big shout-out to Elegance Enterprises specially Mr Dolesh for easing out our worries and get the right deal at the right time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With great pain I pen down this review on Ms. Elegance enterprises, HSR Layout, Bangalore unit. I was promised a discount by Credit note amounting to 1% on agreement value for the purchase of my property in connection with Ms. Elegance enterprises as marketing partner. Although an official confirmation email was sent by Ms. Elegance enterprises team, it has been more than 10 months since the promised date has passed and even after my multiple follow-ups via emails, phone calls, chat conversations with Mr. Kripa Shankar and his colleagues there has been no response or progress on the matter. Reasons stated by the them each and everytime are either they are on sick leave or MD is out of station. It is a pity to note that such a reputed firm which acclaims to have partnered with many premier real estate projects is not able to maintain basic customer communication etiquettes and keep up their promises. I hope the management on Ms. Elegance enterprises side shall take note of this feedback and acts upon with due diligence to resolve the matter at the earliest. Else this feedback and review shall be shared on further wider marketing forums until it reaches the needed attention!!

He had booked a flat through Elegance Enterprise before his demise and now I am finding lots of financial challenges for its possession and settlement of dues. In this time of need taking note of my situation Elegance Enterprise is helping me financial by paying me a sum of 1 lakh on humanitarian grounds. I thanks them for providing this kind of financial help which I needed the most. I would cherish this generosity and assistance from your side. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Elegance enterprises has been very poor. My sister and I had purchased 2 flats in Prestige elysian project through the executive of elegance enterprises whose name is Sourav. We had made this purchase in early 2020 and were promised cash back of 1% of the total sale value of the property. We had to struggle to receive our cash back. After almost one year of the purchase and repeated calls and texts to Sourav we managed to get cash back for only one of the apartment. Its been 2 years now and they still haven’t given the other cash back. The executive Sourav is not helpful at all in managing this issue and says its the management who needs to take the call.
I would not recommend anyone to deal with elegance enterprises as they fail to keep upto their promise. These guys run behind you while making the purchase and post that they forget all the promises and services. I hope the management looks into this matter at the earliest and release the cash back promised to me.
