★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the salon yesterday for head massage. The expert only massaged for 15 mins and left me for head wash for 15 mins without information that there will be a delay. I had visited them earlier for head massage however gave 30-40 mins massage with back and arms massage.
The services are going down day by day.
The dont santize the seats.
The staff dont wear masks.
Really disappointed with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went for facial I was advised some mellow facial manager told that it's too good I paid 20000 and during the process it had major irritation even today a day after I. Hvng burning sensation I have booked appointment with doc...so please dt go for facial these people are reluntant to admit there mistakes...and say we hv sensitive skin...I really suffering...value your money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, it's a good salon & have almost everything you want for your grooming. But you might have to wait about 30 minutes or more for your turn. So, if possible then avoid going weekends, holidays & peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is to rude and have attitude problem. They always keep saying we are from Karampura Branch we know everything. The Manager will just attend you when you enter the salon, after then he will be gone and won't be available. The Incident happened with me on Choti Diwali (India vs Afghanistan) the barber is so much busy in watching cricket that he is not even listening. All the customers are on their phone or something. Nobody is watching Cricket Match except that barber. His 1 hand was Non - Functional due to his super attitude & behavior. I'll recomend Maestro in the same lane and if you have higher budget go to Geetanjali or Affinity Express in East Patel Nagar.
