Also every project you doing in and around frazer town doesn't have kitchen it's just an open space!!! Also you own almost every penthouse in your projects and rent them or sell them to make extra money which is illegal floor altogether.. sorry but this is the truth... waiting for your offended reply...

The owner has also replied to many reviews in an unprofessional attitude, this is a clear reflection of the attitude towards others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all trust worthy and unprofessional, has taken full payment however has not completed the project even after 5 years just citing flimsy excuses, a big cheat and unscrupulous builder, please be aware never ever do business with Elegant Properties, incomplete projects like Elegant Altis and Elegant Mount Sinai on Hennur road, home buyers waiting for more than 7 years even after making full payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request all the suppliers to please do not supply any material to them on credit basis's. We had supplied M.S TMT Bars in Sep'2018 and now its been more than 2 years but they are not making the payment. Also the owner Rajshekar and his son Ajay do not response to the calls even if you call them 10 times a day. All the Suppliers please avoid Credit Business with this builder.
