★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service she told me the offer going on keratin in which ill get keratin treatment, product and spa but when I went for spa She refused to give and made it chargeable. Also I did keratin bt there was no result on my hairs Instend of giving the good service she made excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in my life.They dont have even basic knowlege of different hair textures and strands. They ruined my hair completely. Chopped off a great length of my hair inspite of I didn't want to. Not proffessional at all. Am going to regret my decision for next 4-5 hair untill my hair recovers the damage done by them.
