★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional owner. She cancelled my daughter's wedding makeup on the last day and did not pay deposit back. The products are low quality and still very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. The owner is extremely unprofessional.
I was supposed to do my wedding makeup (2 days, 5 makeups) here. I pre-booked the bridal package 5 months in advance. The owner promised to do the air-brush makeup on both days and charged me accordingly. But right before my big day she called me and said she can't do my makeup (because she had 2 other bookings and she doesn't have air-brush).
I am rating this 1 star because of following reasons:
1. There are no fixed rates at this parlor, they charge you based on your appearance
2. The owner lied to me for 5 months (till last day before my wedding) that she has air-brush makeup but she actually didn't
3. Their home-made wax is very poor quality (I got rashes all over my back and hands)
4. At the time of booking they said 3 facials are included in bridal package but gave only 1
5. Apparently nail-paint is not included in their manicure ?
6. Poor quality hair spa and facial products
7. I did not receive cash back even though they cancelled my bookings on the spot
