★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well constructed apartment with all the basic amenities. Reasonable price and access to RR Nagar is easy.
There are few people from the company who are quite money minded and they keep bugging for some money and talk rubbish at times. Have to bear with them and just go ahead with whatever plans we have for our house.

Upcoming solar power system going to be good initiative for eco friendly apartment at well it's going to save money for the association in the long trouble free power system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good but I have seen resident of this apartments are throwing wastes on road. As an educated persons residing in a apartments should have some basic knowledge of waste management. They behave like uneducated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The incompetent managing committee neither will install a heater for the swimming pool nor will they repair the equipments in the gym (that has max 50kg plates for a barbell, no benchpress, no squatrack) that has been laying faulty for months but the same incompetent managing committee and residents have time and money to invest in festival celebrations to celebrate the Gods that don't exist, shameful. The managing committee wants the residents to fix commercial issues themselves such as issues with bats entering corridors, how pathetic. I am going easy with my critics, there are several more while only a few matters can be stated as appreciable.
