★ ★ ★ ★ ★ shoddy builder. no potable water even 57 months after construction. borewell water is too hard.. No OC, No Khatha..CLUBHOUSE is MISSING !!!!!! possibly hiding somewhere in the basement...
Builder Skyline has collected money for BWSSB connection and Khatha in 2010..!!!! and has been "unable to render this service"
living along with Boa's, cobra's and Russell's Vipers is an experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lived there for 10 months, near by cooks maid avail for work, no water worries, but there is big open canal which used as a drainage is there, will smell a bit at some times, Good maintenance, good association, good security, not much mosquitoes, spacious apartment, spacious home
