Pros:
+ Beautiful salon with nice decorations and equipment
+ Personnel is professional, efficient and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable e.g. with coffee
+ Quick appointment - I was able to get an appointment same day within a few hours
The 2 reasons why I deducted 2 stars
Cons:
- Price list is apparently not updated:
I looked at the price of "half-front waxing" online before visiting the salon. I also double checked the price-list book present in the salon.
While paying, I was informed that the "half-front " pricing is not available anymore (but this was not updated on the website online or in the price list book at the salon), and thus, they made me pay the full price. Else they suggested, I can go back now (when I am about to leave) to get the full-service.
Although the price difference was not huge, I felt a bit annoyed and cheated. As a matter of principal, the business should have accommodated here as it is not the customer's fault.
Perhaps, I would recommend everyone to clarify the service price before taking any service.
- Some water line was broken in the basement, which made the floor a bit wet. This was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker. I think they will get this fixed soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. Plus there is a bar !! I had a hot stone massage with (BN). I can’t say enough good things – pressure was perfect and she worked on my problem spots to open them up. I’ll be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the prettiest salons I've been to. The decor is just a little over the top but so very cheerful in the Punjab winters. I got a thalgo marine facial and it was a really good experience. My therapist's name was Pooja - I recommend her strongly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a very beautiful and elegant salon with positive environment and good people around, especially the girl, We have met at the front desk (not sure but I guess her name was Aman) was such a very polite and helpful towards her clients. All the services provided by the staff, were so good. I’ll definitely visit there again soon .
