★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Till now builder hasn’t completed construction. The whole apartment is in mess. Lot of irregularities like deviation from approved layout plans, construction of one more illegal block, no rain water harvesting etc. The building has still not got BBMP approvals. Builder is in no mood to complete pending things.
Please don’t do a mistake of buying apartment in Elil ABode, Mahadevapura and also dont do a mistake of taking any apartment even on rent. There is no water. Single borewell has dried up. No lifts. Bad roads. Water stagnation in parking area during rainy season. Water seepage in apartments during rainy season. Few days back, even common area electricity connection was disconnected by Bescom for non-payment of electricity bills putting whole building in darkness. Due to these reasons, maintenance cost is very high compared to other apartments. Staying in this apartment is causing mental tension to oneself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust the owner of Flat No. 201, Block A. Hasn't refunded the security deposit. Be careful and cautious with the maintenance and association authorities. After having paid the complete maintenance, they argue that the dues aren't cleared and created big problem for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Apartments. ....we were in Elil Adobe Apartments- I, and another number II is also there nearby. Big room sizes, corridors, close to Main Road towards Whitefield, near More Megamart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of landlord called Suresh and broker Vishwa here!! They will scam you and never return the security deposit. We learnt this the hard way.
Kindly avoid getting into any of his flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant people there. The place is big and so is the rent. Before renting the same, please make sure your landlord knows the condition of the flat. Or u will end up paying a very large amount when leaving the place. Seriously, I hated that place in every thought.. lived there for quite a time. Rent is huge and maintenance is more than 3k + water bill around 1.5k every month. They have a bore-well that never works, a lift that works 4 days a week and the security is full of misbehaving workers. The building has gone old guys, make sure to face pests issues there. This is a genuine review based on my experience in bock 2. Rest is up to you.

Peaceful locality. No much traffic sounds.
Security is good. Needs approval every time a delivery guy or guests come.
Two sides of the apartment face greenery. Has some amenities like children's play area, gym, small party hall, jogging track.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of the owner S Ramesh. We tried to rent an apartment there. We deposited token amount. He said that we can move in in next two months by then he will complete wood work and interiors in the house. After two months, when we went to see the house before moving in, it was still incomplete, some work was not done as promised by him while we were giving token money. On top of that he gave advice to us to start living there with all the mess of the incomplete work around. Its good that we decided to not rent that place then. We asked for the refund of token amount. Its been 2 years and he has still not given back. I see many people reviews here about him and I am thankful to God that I didnt rent his apartment or place. Be careful.
