★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shilpitha Splendour Annex is an amazing housing society which is resident to many families and some bachelors. I stayed at my friend's house which was beautifully decorated and had ample space. There were 3 bedrooms, 1 modular kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room and 1 balcony. The neighbours were friendly and didn't bother us much during our visit there. I have attached some pictures of the room and washroom for your reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good floor plan. Gymnasium, swimming pool, children's play areas are available. Maintenance is good, power backup good. Various festivals observed in this society and above all residents are very helpful and disciplined.
