★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not on there words, hard to communicate, will have to remind them to reply you,false statements given like we will share new profiles with you every week,no efforts taken to take feedback from you .even you mention what you really want, they share profiles which doesnt fit your requirements, waste of money ,time and energy.its being months now and not a single profile was according to what i wanted.

They gave us several reasons and did not follow up properly. Hardly good leads were passed. Total waste of money. Marriage Counsellor Shampa in fact was demanding more money give us Rs 1 Lakh more we will extend more and see. If you can't deliver in 3 months what will you deliver in future. Also,
covid times popped up and they totally stopped as people were stressed. They are just money minded or say since they have too many clients. They clearly fail on some clients. On the other hand Monal is sweet talker, who herself started Sharing her private life issues. But I am glad she is settled. And she got what she wanted.
One thing very unprofessional about them was that they did not do background check. They gave me one match on who had FIR on him. And I was lucky enough that I got to know via my friend as he was my friend's Ex and she mentioned all to me in good faith.
So please verify before you even put across such profile for marriages. They do no legal cross check or police verification.
Check the credentials before you pass on.
The company and there employers is totally focused on making more money instead delivering quality services so that same client can refer 10 more clients if they are happy. You could have made 10 x not 1 L
10-20 L alone you can make by reference.
But there is no responsibility these guys take for what they commit.
For them they have specific format to work and then they evaporate like clouds.
I expected a little more so that I could have returned even more.
Forget it, businesses in India are this way only. No client or services value. If you focus on better services and conversion. You will get 10 x more leads walking in into your work space. As personal experience is what is shared to all. When you try and make a client happy he will go and tell many and return you.
Client satisfaction is important key of any business.
