my office staff has been visiting embassy for 4 straight days n still they come up with some lame excuse to not issue visa.
this embassy likes to work only with touts n middlemen n agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good management ethics . They have a non responsive site for months and nobody has been doing anything about it. wanted to visit Egypt as part of a business meeting. Coudln't find anything about the visa procedures or criteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST Customer service I've seen ever. They don't pick up calls during enquiry hours and then told me to call later every time I call and never give proper information. Cut calls every time during I'm speaking, no basic human manners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a tourist visa. There is a small window which opens at 9 30 am and the visa officer receives applications till 11 am. Generally not very crowded and the wait doesn’t last longer than 15 to 20 minutes. The visa officer is friendly and guided me when documents were not proper. The next day he recognised me and took the documents. The visa has not yet come but would be handed over in the afternoon at 3 pm after 3 working days. Seemed quite efficient to me. The details of visa documents are given on Facebook page of embassy or one can see on the notice board displayed outside. Most hassle free experience!
