★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff. It was an Indian guy at the counter, for re-entry application document submission. There is a way to talk to people, and this isn't it. I don't know who manages this dude, but I do hope they take notice of these reviews. Unacceptable behaviour and way of talking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Embassy. Very polite staff. Japanese products are great ( cars, bikes, watches, tv, trucks, cameras, everything ) I look forward to the day when indians can visit Japan visa free and live and work there for as long as they wish.

I don’t know why they have such rude attitude. May be we are common people and not any celebrity or VIP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who picked up the call was very nice but the guy she forwarded the call to was a clown, very rude and disrespectful. I think it's best to shut down the phones lines if that goof is supposed to answer the queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rude and worst useless people working in this embassy they are spoiling great country name Japan Japanese people are very great Japan is a very best country but in Japan embassy to Indian staff people spoiling Japan's name and Indian name, Indian staff are useless they are rude Humans are not working in this place, these people are dreaded animals in the form of humans.
The people working here have harassed many people who, despite having a legal visa, do not give These people are doing illegal work. It is against the law but no one is going to raise their voice on them.Hey government servants have mercy. On people, you are trampling the dreams of many people under your feet.
