★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Malaysian consulate was absolutlety horrendous. I applied for a Malaysian visa though I had previously got one. I called the number mentioned and all the staff sitting there is of no use. They should rather shut down the embassy here. People are rude and the attitude they have is worst than any other embassy I have dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever. Don't know any thing..... why don't the close the embassy if don't have any information.
Very nice and tourist friendly city, best part is no need of visa, you can apply for eNTRI visa online that cost only $20= Rs1400.
You can get good information from trip advisor.

The lady staff that answers phones is one of the rudest that I have ever encountered in my life. She will hang up phone on your face, transfer calls to dead telephone extensions and has no information what-so-ever.
She even has the brains to track telephone numbers, so if she hangs up once and if you call again using the same phone number, she will not even pick up the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the embassy to get some issues sorted and as a Malaysian citizen, I was hoping to get more help than just directing me around and giving me lame answers or excuses. It just seemed like people working there are very unprofessional, the consular service guy was very unapproachable and defensive in his tone. I do not know why an embassy is sitting there when the staffs are not even willing to help. Honestly speaking, I do not even want to give 1/5 star for the extremely poor service.

I had been required to submit an LoU for Air India Flight. So, on communication with the staff, i was instructed to go as per rule book and get back with a visa (SEV) for obtaining the LoU.
When the visa was applied for, through VFS GLOBAL, the High Commission took it as a priority, and enabled fast processing, as well as issuing it at the earliest.
Hats off to the staff for their professional ethics as well as timely (promptness is pure gold) help in availing the Document at the earliest for travel.
