★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking more time than usual in stamping of visa. While asking on call they refused to tell any reason for this. When asking from VFS, they said they have no clue on this. We have to wait until we got a call Or message from embassy. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The French speaking Man is sooo rude. I tried to call several times for basic information and was spoken to in an aggressive way by someone who clearly was annoyed by having to answer the phone… In the end, didn’t get my answers and was hung up on. Really unhappy with this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cut the call in our face. They keep telling us to call back in 10 mins and recognise the voice and cut on the face without offering any service or help. Highly disappointed with the behaviour of the Embassy employees. Going to take this on Twitter now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service . They want us to book airline tickets and hotel reservations before applying for visa . Then they are least bothered to deliver the visa on time . I have missed my flight and my vacation entirely due to their callous attitude .NO response even after repeatedly mailing and requesting them .
The VFS staff is also there to fleece. If you refuse to take the premium services they openly declare that they will harass you for smallest of things so you better pay.
Really disappointed and dejected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no words to explain the work how fast the Embassy of France do( a special thanks to all staff members). From the very first day while I planned for trip to Europe my most spending time country is/will be France so decided to file the visa application from France embassy got all the time response from embassy over the call sorted out my queries heared properly and shown patience too. However I was reading the comments of other people but I disagree in certain case. Thanks a lot for such a fastest than fast service got visa in same day. Superb superb superb........... :-) lots of smile
