★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like a castle, security people are not trained, so bad attitude, behaviour of a north east security person most worse scolding the customers and cursing. Looking towards everyone as criminals....
Dear Consulates in the Embassy, replace all these people with some educated and trained people.
Request to all, if u want to do something call the embassy and talk to the concerned person inside. You will get an immediate response. Don't waste ur time in convincing and talking with security people. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 74 years since Independence, yet when an Indian visits an embassy, he has to bow down with humility and servitude. Basic human rights of respectful existence and equal treatment before the law still is notional.
My experience at this place has been very disappointing. The government must realise that they are working for the welfare of the people. The position and power given to them come from public, for better execution of their duty and responsibility towards the welfare of the citizens. It is a shame that the persons concerned with this embassy are treating the visitors with irksome disdain and arrogance. Poor people humiliated by the sweltering and scorching weather in Delhi aren't allowed to take shade anywhere near the premises of the embassy, and furthermore are confronted by the condemning behaviour of the guards, whose alliance is with the visa agents. I must say services, loyalty and obedience are being bought and sold here at the cost of faithfulness to this nation and to it's people. The services provided are not people-friendly, with voraciously unsympathetic employees, inappropriately haughty and disrespectful.
