★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this embassy..I am a bulgarian citizen and still they act very bad with me when I went there...People should not hope to get their visa approved if you go through this embassy and even if you get the visa at the border they may deny you. I saw they deported many people by the airport border police who have valid visa..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is some kind of a very bad joke. I have been trying to reach this Embassy for 2 weeks straight. It's a miracle if someone even answers the phone. If this happens then the staff is incredibly incompetent and can provide zero information. Let alone the woman on the ''emergency hotline", who didn't even wait for me to finish my sentence before she hung up on me in the rudest possible manner. I am a Bulgarian citizen who need elementary help concerning information. Who do I turn to and what precisely is your establishment's purpose? The one star I have given above is simply there because it's impossible to put 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this embassy thrice, on three different occasions, twice for applying for the C type visas and once for a D visa. My experience here has always been great. The staff at the embassy are very helpful and kind. My suggestion to everyone is please ensure your papers are up to the mark, well organized and meeting all requirements. If you have some doubts with papers, send them an email, and they surely get back to you. They are quite helpful on the phone too. In all, I've had a wonderful experience here. Bulgaria is a beautiful country, with amazing landscape and very warm and welcoming people, she has lots to offer to the visitors. All the best :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing support by the staff. Mr Consular was very helpful and responsive over the emails. Each and every doubt which I had was cleared by him. My visa application was done in a swift manner no hassle. Embassy is located at a prominent location, staff is very particular about timings so if you have appointment with the embassy please don't be late. My experience was wonderful. You can even call on the given number the call will be answered everytime.
