About Embassy of Uzbekistan
On July 5, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The leaders discussed the implementation of the agreements reached at the second meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council, held in Tashkent in March this year.
The President of Turkey expressed firm support for the efforts of the President of Uzbekistan to ensure peace, stability, and sustainable development in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The issues of enhancing multifaceted relations between Uzbekistan and Turkey, primarily in trade, economic, investment, transport and communication, cultural and humanitarian spheres, were considered.
The importance of promoting bilateral projects in trade, transport, industry, agriculture, and other areas was emphasized.
Views were exchanged on the upcoming summit of the Organization of Turkic States to be held in November 2022 in the city of Samarkand.
The heads of state congratulated each other on the upcoming Qurban Hayit (Eid al-Adha) and wished well-being and prosperity to the fraternal peoples of the two countries.

I went to uzb on 10 march 2013 and return on13 march when i arrived in tashkent i fill two immigration form ..1 form i gave to officer and 1 form i kept with myself ....after 3 days when i come back an another officer asked me to show the form...unfortunately form was little bit tear ....when he saw the form suddenly he was saying that i wont allow to go back today...he harrased me for 45min for this and after that he bride 200 usd from me....i went with 89 people (my company group ) and he took bride from more than 20 people

Lots of checking forms and bureaucracy and took awhile but it was ultimately painless and we got our precious Uzbekistan visas making everything completely worth it. Organised and decently helpful. Be prepared to sit outside for awhile so bring an umbrella and water.
