I went there for some visa related issue and the guard is not helpful at all and he just show me a man who come out from his car and having some pizza in his hand I tried to speak with him and he don’t listen to me at all and I told him I m stuck here coz of covid but he didn’t listen to me at all and he is one of the sr there I think so and after that he told me to speak with guard and again the guard don’t know anything and told me to don’t argue with me and there is notification board and call them or mail them. This is world of internet do everything on internet don’t come here. This is the way they treat Indian person. I just giving them one star coz there is no minus rating otherwise they don’t even worth of rating. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed from them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had very good experience with Russian consulate staff ,New delhi Chanakyapuri.
Due to some unavoidable reason I could not get my Visa done but Russian consulate officials understood my problem and went all out to help us.
I am really thankful to them esp.Natalia Madam.

Few points to consider prior visiting or contacting the embassy-
As far as electronic communication is concerned for any information, Embassy of Russian Federation, it seems it doesn't have the proper infrastructure, however, I would highly recommend you to visit in person at the embassy to experience their friendly and supportive functioning in all departments (from Visa related issues to counselor services).
Please, if you don't want to get scolded by the security guards, then do consider visiting the second gate (which is at the opposite side of the main gate). Also, do consider bringing enough cash with yourself as they don't accept any other mode of payments (like Credit, debit cards or UPI payment gateways).

the embassy itself employs responsive and always helpful staff who can advise you or provide services
important You must prepare everything you need in advance, since you cannot use mobile phones on the territory of the embassy and you will have to hand it over in advance
