★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authorities can build the largest or the tallest airports of India but I think the essence of hospitality lies in the friendliness soft spoken and helping nature of the staff. The adjectives to express the kind hearted and outstandingly helpful nature of Mr. Anuroop Pandey at baggage check-in are beyond words. Thank you so much Sir and all other airport staffs for making my day and journey sound and pleasant. Five stars, you all deserve it!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indore airport has been clean, and much organised now.... talking about emergency assembly point the space looks, ok but i really have no idea about how things will come out when it is crowded... but hopefully things will be ok as i see things much spacious and organised now.

Must be improved; rest is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee is very nice and courteous but the coffee bean seem Burt as the coffee has a Burt and bitter after taste..but then that's what you get at this price point. One of the vegetables used in the Maggie was stale..so it was bummer.
