β β β β β Amazing place to live, peace lovers will like this place. The building is equipped with all security measures. I booked 1 3 bkh recently and excited to move asap. The builder is also very gentle and supportive.

β β β β β Building is approx 5 year old, no proper maintenance... Several places you will see sewage water is leaking. One is just in front of gate. Many amenities are incomplete since years. Kids play is not developed properly. Gym is just for name shake.

β β β β β Visited today for flat inspection. Good to know, in this time of slow down in real estate, this builder has not only finished construction timely, also giving quality in. Builder has arranged E rickshaw for connecting main road. They have a inhouse team for electrical and plumbing and currently offering to residents free. Flats are also spacious with many balconies. Over all a good place with greenery, clean air and quiet environment.
