★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best residency society at affordable price . Goof facilities , amenities with swimming pool etc are there. Clean & large place. Only downside is the remote location. It is far from main city & major place hope to see surrounding civilize soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to stay, little bit far outside city nearby Bankhtota, Ajmer Highway. Limited access to public transport & local market, however there is facility of small departmental store in Hanging Garden. Limited availability of autos also. Better only if you have your own conveyance. Still many years to go for development of the area. But you can find low rental accommodation there with good facilities. Overall a good reasonable place to live in.

Apartment has low society maintenance charge of approximately 1700/- for a 2 BHK of 1000 sq ft.
Some 800 flats and low occupancy level of about 30 percent.
Gym has basic training equipments, swimming pool is affordable and well maintained.
A temple in the Central Park..
The cost of a 2 BHK is around 2000 per sq ft.
Security guards are well managed..
Old property but if calm and peace is needed, not a bad choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained society. Guards for every block. 10 block total out of which 8 blocks have villas, 3bhk, 2bhk in mix 1 is 3bhk only n the front one J block have studio apartments. Water suppy is good but have problmes with there elevator n electricity sometimes. Beautiful n calm environment to live most of the facilities are nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live. Safe for kids, elders. All families live like a huge family, always ready to help. Cricket, carrom and TT games are always on. Lovely management society of the owners. Clean, green and peaceful. Nice location. Vegetable vendors, Swiggy/Zomato, Online delivery, cabs available to society. Grocery shop, Beauty Parlor available within society. Tight security with high number of CCTVs. Low maintenance cost as compared with other societies. Owning and renting flat is very much in budget. Rate 4000/- sq feet negotiable.
