I have been part of this project in 2020. The staff here has always been super-friendly and very helpful to any questions whether in person or on the phone/email. I have always appreciated the staff here, they have always displayed a nice sense of caring for their buyers and I appreciate that as an owner of a villa-82 in phase - 2. The Maintenance team has always done a great job. In addition they do a great job on requests: there response time is very quickly and they will keep you informed. They always keep the grounds looking beautiful year round its so peaceful and clean, it is a resort cum residence feeling. It's a great place to go for a nice walk or jog and you also have the clubhouse which has a fitness center that is always clean and well maintained. In the summer the swimming pool is awesome to have. The pool is always kept clean and has plenty of room for laying in the sun. They also have a tennis court and basketball court!! I have no complaints about my villa it has everything I need. Foremost thing is they have been delivering their promises on time...I hope I will be getting my villa soon...
I recommend you people to have a visit the place at once and feel the pleasure on your own...

Very courteous & knowledgeable sales personnel specially Mr Abhijeet Roy ...who gave proper introduction about the property and told abt every detail of the villas , material nd construction quality. Must visit if u want to purchase your dream home.
