How it would be if your first impression is like this. What else can we expect in service?
Have to think twice before going with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was informed to have a room with me & my mom at the Dubai Copthorne Airport Hotel, which we did get a voucher for the two of us. My dad was told that he was get his voucher at Dubai after we landed. When we went to go grab my dads voucher, Emirates said that he couldn’t get one because he purchased his ticket at a low fare rate. So how is Emirates going to give us expectations and then leave us hanging? So disappointed. My father had to stay 15 hours at an airport with no access to a bed & shower to freshen up and get rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great. The system is tricky as I was rebooking a ticket the TARRIF has increased by $115.00 just in less than a minute. Reason, the Emirates uses worldwide system so other people might have logged in and took the seat. That's insane. Never fly Emirates ever again!!!
