★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as per Singapore airlines standard. I reached the office at 9:30 which is opening time. And i was shocked to see no one there except the office cleaning staff. Staff walks in casually 10mins late without any rumos of being late(no greeting, nothing) the lady came and stated taking calls at the front desk. After another 5mins another lady entered kept her bag, settled her desk and asked why we were here. Pathetic customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the office to tackle a difficult issue. With my sleeves folded I was ready for a battle. But the pregnant lady quickly de stressed me and helped me out. Eventhough cheaper tickets were available at the time of original booking I chose Singapore Air for service and they haven't disappointed me.
