β β β β β Government should take action for such a scam company. HR told me it's a engineering and management training, after the training based upon my performance they will make permanent. After joining I saw that they actually need more and more worker, labor.. They recruit B. Tech, Deploma for labor post.. What the hell is going on... I am a B. Tech in mechanical engineering... Believe me they told me to carry the solar panel ane position to another... After I called HR , he said it's a training I have to do all of this in training period. And believe me many deploma people r doing this job for money.. They provided OT also... And training is for 3 years... And one thing there were 3 or 4 permanent and all of them r local... Please please dont go B. Tech Diploma student

I joined this company after lots of trouble in searching for job and this was my first company.
On first day of work I was on formal they took us to manufacturing unit and asked us to clean machines.we thought it was a secret test to find genuinity in employees.
Next day we realized that there was strike going on to avoid disruption of work they hired freshly graduated BE students to this job.
Although cleaning machineries and solor panels are not bad jobs but it's not good to get that work done from people who has different expertise
So management please don't take advantage of desperate job seekers

β β β β β Irresponsible attitude with sales. As a customer when I had queried to the sales person as directed by the company through their customer service number , he was so rude to reply " You think I am your assistant "
What do they expect customer to do ? Simply go submissive as their slaves or what ?.
Clearly defines how their post sales will be
So beware and don't go by their brand , I am lucky I called off the purchase.
Many reviewers had said not even worth a star and they are very true and right. I am sure after sakes support will be a disaster.
Not sure if the top management is aware of these behaviours to their customers.

β β β β β Very poor product. Water storage tank is fully rusted and leaking within 6 years of installation. Does not provide hot water in winter. Needs electric element to be On. Service engineer charge Rs 1000 for inspection visit.

Poor quality products,Poor customer service, No value for money & no response for any of thier customers.these guys using cheap meterials from china & assembled in thier unit then selling in india & abroad.
If you really need good solar products please go for " Tata power" & other brands.
Please do not buy any solar product from this company at any cost.

For a Senior management position they simply wasted my 2 months on interview process, after 3 online & 3 face to face interview,feedback given as selected & congratulates too,next day they sent sms on my mobile that you are not shortlisted!!!!!???
I tried to call but no responce & start disconnecting my calls!!
Why wasting the time of experienced & geniune qualified persons...
Dear engineering Graduates, fresher or experienced, please don't go to this company for interview for any position at any cost...
First they will call you with sweet voice & took interview in a hifi room, then they will gather valuable information from your previous experience as needed. then they will make you fool after wasting your precious time..
Please be aware!!!!!
