★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good project. Builder's guys change the price quotation in subsequent visits, probably wants to take out some extra money. We thought to buy and went second time. Now he is quoting much more within a few months whereas market is down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very big building it is of 20 floors and 10 buildings of Empire square so I love that from this our house and we go to jog there to Empire square that is very wonderful place I like that place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment complex. I did not like the watchmen placed inside the buildings seem least bothered with incoming guests. Also the lack of proper walkways. All entrances/exits seem to beade for vehicles only, no walking allowed.

Insider people who work their n know in n out abt building n cctv looks thief as no footage captured in cctv of building or lifts. Cctv connection was switched off subsequent day by entering into cctv room. Horrible. Small theft can lead to big issues
