★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my domestic goods for Bhopal from Delhi with Empowers, under the assurance that they will provide a container for safe transport of my luggage. But, a bad experience that a truck was sent for my luggage which created many problems asI had to leave on the same day to Bhopal.
My car was so poorly transported ( may be driven on road) that complete Radiator, AC and other parts got damaged. Many items got damaged such as Sofa, double bed etc.
I donot suggest for Good People to take a risk and chance with Empowers.
Rest is upto your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I used their service to shift from Gurgaon to Hooghly, West Bengal. They are very professional and the staffs are polite. Packed nicely and loaded. Mr. Sunil will come for a visit and will give you reasonable rates. Rest leave on them, tension free shifting is done. Due to lockdown dates, I received my luggages after 8 days.

I relocated recently from sector 56, Gurgaon and as I was moving abroad, I wanted to store my complete house stuff for a few years somewhere in Gurgaon.
Not only empower packers did great job in packaging my house hold items but also the warehouse storage was of good quality.
They are true to their pet lines- A real hasstle free move!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Empower packers and movers service from Gurgaon to Chirawa, Rajasthan and happy with the quality and professionalism. They have packed the stuff really well and transferred without any damages. Even all the plants were reached safely which I didn't expect.
Manager Mr. Dinesh was very professional and was keep on updating the status all the time till my stuff reached the destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company. Firstly they spoke with me in a very soft manner then they sent very unprofessional loaders without packing paper & bubble wrap. Then they said don't worry sir we will complete the packing at our warehouse. I kept on chasing them, they stopped answering my call. Now the time comes for delivery, now they said they don't unloading team with them so would have to arrange . They have blocked all my numbers. Its a fake company, dont trust on below comments, these comments are been given by there own people, they will take full payment & they will do all good commitments with you but once they get money, they wont even answer your call. Packing of goods was pathetic. Very unprofessional staff. This company is a fraud company they are completely cheater i am going make a police complaint against them
PEOPLE PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. MAN BY THE NAME OF DINESH IS A BIG TIME FRAUD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company is not at all up to the mark as far as it’s promises are concerned. They sent pictures of some other materials and when packers arrived they had some other packing materials.
Mentality is very cheap they asked to return the cartons without considering the fact that how will I unpack and put everything back in it’s place.
Approximately six to seven plants were also damaged and no refund was given.
They mentioned to provide a 17ft truck and instead sent a 14ft truck.
Highly highly unprofessional staff. I deeply regret calling them. To me this looks some fraud company.
