★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used encraft upvc doors and windows in my newly constructed home but the day i started living in my new house these doors and windows are a headace for me. The quality is good but the locks and after sale services are pathetic.
Not even a single door or window in my house functions properly even the main door hingdes and locks are already broken and are 0% smooth.
Until i gave the full and final payment They used to come check and go with assurance that it will be done and rectified but after that they even stopped picking my phone.
Now my house is under security breach and if something happens i don't know who will be responsible.
I just want to get my work done
Please arrange for someone who can help me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst product and worst service. I purchased encraft upvc windows from their local dealer Vinayak fenster system Udaipur owner Mr Naresh. Last 2 years we found manufacturing problem in the windows. Oily black pigment release from the gaskit. I complained dealer and company both .Also send pic and videos. They agreed many times to come and solve the problem. Their mens visit my place agreed with the problem but not solved it till now. Encraft man mr Chirag told me that fitted gaskit in the windows not from the company but encraft company name and serial number written on the gaskit. Dealer also agreed that all parts and accessaries from encraft company. They are not solve my problem till now.
