The staff will give a detailed tour of their showroom. You will see variety of window types here which you can install in your house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased their windows and doors 2years back and after so many phone calls to the company they didn't respond to our concerns after the fittings till now and now they have stopped picking up my phone also. I Request everybody please please............. don't buy any of the material from them as the service provided by them is the worst service I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Deceuninck brand, after watching Magnaline UPVC videos on Youtube back in 2018.
When I researched a bit, found out Deceuninck is one of the best brands in UPVC world wide and was already available in India.
I emailed them and asked if Magnaline system is available in India. I got reply from Satish Kumar (country manager), that Magnaline system is displayed in Deceuninck New Delhi Showroom.
Since I am from Kerala and couldn’t visit Delhi at that point of time, Vakul Arora (Manager - Architectural Advisory) shared video of door operational in their Delhi showroom over WhatsApp.
Now, After a year or so. When I had connection flight via Delhi, I stayed in Delhi for few days. Went to Deceuninck Delhi showroom couple of times.
Kali Charan welcomed us, demonstrated us the product. Vakul was out for work, but he was able to join us and answered each and every technical queries we had. He also offered all help in choosing UPVC doors/windows suiting our needs
We went there looking for Magnaline / BiFolding door for two balconies. But visiting Delhi showroom made huge difference,
We were heavily impressed of the quality and design of their UPVC Doors and windows. So instead of buying just two balcony doors, we are buying like 7 Doors, 2 Balcony doors, 15 windows etc.
We even changed our Main entrance door to 140 cm width, because we fell in love with UPVC French Door displayed in showroom.
After we reached back Kerala. We talked to Deceuninck's official channel partner in Kerala, which happens to be very professional team from Tough Glass, just 1.5 kilometres from Edapally, Kochi, Kerala.
We are super happy that we chose Deceuninck, Our house construction would be complete by end of 2020. Will update the review and share photos of Deceuninck UPVC doors/ windows once its ready.
