★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym though tiny, it's got looks. It has a spa-type feel in the cafe and a decent gymnasium aura to it on the inside. And oh yeah ! They offer MMA classes, Aerobics, and space to conduct your own. It's fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Energy gym has its own charm, it's extremely well ventilated with lots of positivity that I have felt while working out here... It's always better than being in a capsulated a/c environment.
Along with the gym they do have space for dance aerobics, yoga & judo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place and very airy space to workout. People around are very kind, helpful and professional. Almost all the equipments are available for an all-round fitness. But some of the cardio equipments like Rowing, Treadmill, etc. have gone old now and need replacement or else it might be a matter of risk to newbies in the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gym! Love the atmosphere! It's spacious, has some amazing natural lighting during the day, great equipment with knowledgable & friendly trainers.
The cafe with the gym alone is enough for me to give it a 5 star rating. Yummy and healthy food at affordable prices, what more can you ask for!
