Work is not evenly devided between all employees. And there was lack of projects to work on for freshers.

I do not want you to lose much money on this avaricious, unprofessional, and unscrupulous software developer offshore. Please, read and learn from my sad and bitter experience: I lost over $50,000 US building a debt-collection application with nothing to show for it.
I am writing to relate my negative experience with Jagdeep Chawla's eNest Technologies. I had known Mr. Chawla when he was working at SmartData Inc. as a programmer. I found SmartData on Odesk, and hired SmartData to assist me in building a medical web application titled CliniqueImd. After two months, I was disappointed with the slow pace of the work. I cancelled the project.
Over a year later, Mr. Chawla emailed me. He reassured me he could assist me with all my development work because he had left SmartData. He informed me he was coming to the USA, Washington, DC. I welcomed him to the USA with open arms. He asked me to pay $35,000 to develop the debt-collection application. After spending over $50,000 on the project, I ran out of money. When I asked him to give me the source code so I should continue development, he said he did not have any code to give me. What about the money I paid him? I have lost it for ever. Be wise! Stay away from Jagdeep Chawla and eNest Technologies.
