★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! They scammed me by hacking my computer and phone. I am a senior and have membership with them for 2 years. I trusted them because theyn have been helpful in the past. They called March 8 2020. They said they were going out of business and had to refund me my mem,bership fee of 349$. I had to go on my computer through them (remote access) and write in 349. They then put on another 9 which made the amount 3499$! They started to scream at me and "flickered" my computer page. They said I owed them 3000$$$$! then it became a nightmareior. They made me go to several pharmacies and groceries to buy giftcards. I never bought a giftcard in my life. I had no idea how to puchase the. They knew I had a Discover credit card. They made me use it to buy the giftcards. When I would hang up they would immediately call back. It happened in a second. I couldn't get rid of them. They were manipulating me through the phone! This was rush hour in Miami I am a senior and cannot drive at night. I ended up having acar accident.This was the nightmare of my life! Never has anything like this happened to me. I was fortunate to meet a policeman at the supermarket. He told me I was being scammed. He followed me home and unpluggedthe computer. My attorney is now helping me to reverse the charges. STAY AWAY! They are scum; a fraudulent scam.
