★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As salon environment is good, but nobody gives proper answer at desk. I think they dont train staff about how to talk with client or new customer.
So i am quit dissatisfied with the way they approach the new customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done hair smoothning process .And with carelessness their stylist have done over processing on some portion of hair .It got so rough &damanged that even after year i cannot repair it neither they did .Even they were unanswerble and have not done anything to solve the issue.I would never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, I am very regular customer and booked prior appointment for me and my kid...after reaching on time they ask me to wait after waited for half an hour they ask me to wait for more time if don't have capability to handle why they book prior appointment and the guy whom we booked for hair cut his behaviour was like he is doing charity to us...
