★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The enrich salon at santacruz just bluffs customers. They force you to take their service by wasting time while generating the bill. I had recently booked an appointment over the toll free no once my booking got confirmed I visited the salon . The person at the counter told me that the hairstyler is not willing to take any more customers for the day. Why did they confirm the order if their styler didnt want to take any more customers. Total waste of time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrich is a cheat. They just fool in the name of offers and reward points. They have no offers/rewards or discounts. These are just fancy words. On purpose they tell u to spin some wheel stupid to get some points. That's just to fool you cant redeem any points due to baseless policies that only want to cheat customers. Looks like owner only responds to 4 star ratings this itself says it all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The operator of the Santa Cruz West franchise (Isha) , is horribly rude and non apologetic about the faulty services the salon provides. My friends nose was left scarred for a month by the lady who supposedly did a normal clean up. A beard trim resulted in razor burns and an uneven cut. The haircut was bad. We were billed ₹13k without an apology or a discount and even on repeatedly asking for a bill it was not given stating the printer isn't working. AVOID THIS SALON!!!! Pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratima is the only reason I go to this salon. She's clean keeps the room clean, does everything very systematically. She's always warm and welcoming and her service shows experience and she takes care if one has sensitive skin. I would Rate 5* for pratima but the salon needs better front desk. Nobody smiles or is welcoming. They're not at all proactive and ive literally never seen some of them groomed well also. Your front desk is your face of the company, doesn't look like it matters much.
