He has got all the skills..He is so humble & respectful..HE DID THE AMAZING WORK! I LOVED THE Service & staff behaviour!!!Highly recommend this place!!!

Best salon ever.. After visited many salons finally found best salon.. Very happy with services. My beautician Bona Darji she is well trained.. and it was my third facial done by her and I can see difference on my skin .. Excellent service.. We don’t have to wait if we have booked appointment.. also receptionist is also very helpful and guide properly?❤️

The reception staff is terrible.The barbers change every 15 days so u cannot rely on 1 person.The charge they would tell and the charge they would ask you to pay has quite differences.Even after taxes they levy huge charge differences.The membership is not worth taking.The email support system doesn't work.Fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are going there since they were at Himalaya mall. So about 5+ years now. Really good service albeit a bit costly too.
Most of the staff is now gone but they keep getting good new staff which is nice.
One thing I don't like is the fact that they will try to sell you some or other hair products. We always say no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal customer of enrich since 2 & a half years....today I got very bad service...all the "stylist" were roaming or seating in a room with their mobile(and i literally saw it)...as only 2 customers were in the salon including me....and another customer was also waiting to get her hair dried....so practically not a single customer was attended...& When I asked the desk(as no one was bothered i was sitting there for 10-12 straight minutes)they were like your stylist is attending another customer.seriously?!!!!
I was in the plan of extending my membership for another year...but for sure i am not going to enrich again...thank you enrich solitaire!!!p.s.: i was there at 12:58 for the appointment of 1:00...so it was not also like that i was late and my stylist got busy.
May be i was "small customer" for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did smoothing and olaplex treatment at salon. And with in week my hair is so dry and no one can say thay it treated before week. With in week i felt that it totally waste of my money.
Salon professionals said you have use professional products to maintain your hair. But this is for long lasting effects. I used another brand professional product.
Previously i did smoothing at local salon which is too better than this experience that cost me a half of this.
Not satisfied. Below picture took after exact 1 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. I heard hair cut helps in sadness & anger so went for a haircut their with good booking. It is a nice hairstyle junction. Hair stylist Tejas cut my hair in a very stylish bob and he suggested some haircare routine also. Overall experience was just great.
