★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences i had. Had a prior appointment booked for my child's haircut, and on reaching i had to wait for over 20mins and still the stylist wasn't available. Finally decided to leave . Definitely not visiting again and wouldn't recommend either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third grade salon they burnt my hair scalp made me bald in the name of cysteine treatment a guy named Vijay works here who practically will ruin ur scalp and head permanently by saying to give results he has to burn ur hair with high flame iron and u will be left with wavy frizzy and burnt hair done with a dirty filthy old iron .please beaware guys also the receptionist and the whole staff is very rude . The bomb u pay and then thy serve u this also the shampoo thy sell is duplicate . Please check the seal before buying their products .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous experience ever! Although it is a reputed chain it fails to live upto customer experience. First and foremost, I had an appointment booked at a certain slot and they made me wait for more than half an hour as their senior hair stylist was already busy with someone's hairdo. The most dissapointed wait turned out to just get worse when my hair was completely chopped off inspite of telling the length should not be effaced totally. Additionally, my hair isn't the same length from both the ends seems haywire and there is no volume. When, I was at the store it was blow dried and curled Hence, one cannot make out the outcome. However, when you wash it again you get to know the result which is depressing for it has taken month's to grow. Definitely, not visiting again.Deeply saddened!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Enrich Marol as my regular hair stylist at Enrich Tandon Mall was transferred to Powai branch. So booked appointment with Dev at Enrich Marol branch. Had a nice experience. Was attended promptly as per my appointment timing. The billing was seamless and quick. Would visit again

When they asked me for the OTP, i thought it was to verify if that was my number. Later I get a message from enrich thanking me for my feedback. I login to my account to see i gave 5 stars for all their services
